    Return & Refund Policy

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order.

    After this time, once processing or shipping has begun, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.


    Returns

    We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unused and in original condition

    • Items must be returned in original packaging

    • Shoes must only be tried on indoors

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or outdoor use.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


    Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

    We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


    Incorrect Size / Change of Mind

    If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you may return the item within 30 days.

    Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.


    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

    Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


    Australian Consumer Law

    Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
